ASO Return & Exchange Policy

At ASO, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit subject to the following terms:

Eligibility for Returns

* Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
* Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
* Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, stains, odors, or washing will not be accepted.
* Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Exchanges

* Eligible items may be exchanged for a different size, color, or another product of equal value, subject to availability.
* If the new item is of greater value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
* If the new item is of lesser value, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.

Store Credit

* Approved returns will receive store credit in the form of an ASO gift card or store credit code.
* Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase on our website.
* Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

* Sale or clearance items
* Gift cards
* Customized or personalized products
* Items marked “Final Sale”

Return Shipping

* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
* Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@aso.ca with your order number and photos of the item. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
